Positive: Room was nice. Very comfortable bed.
Negative: There was unsavory loud people hanging around outside smoking pot and drinking. I wouldnt recommend staying there. Not enough lights.

Positive: When I got there there was a little rucus but management handled it I left my rods and reels in the back of my truck nobody bothering them it was quiet right by a private lake and worship center across the road was Mexican little high and a convenience store very good people I would like to enjoy another stay there sometime and visit the Agrirama
Negative: Nothing had coffee available in room TV not a big selection but I dont watch much so no biggee

Positive: allowed early checkin. but forfieted original room of choice with rear and lake view & king bed.
Negative: no coffee or food in rooms. no coffee provisions in room. odorous poor air quality.
Summary: not terrible. fair. cheap within value of obtained low cost. wasnt goin for ritz...dint expect it.
