Summary: Keys didn’t work every day; bathroom rust on shower curtain rod and ancient shower head.; first room assigned had overpowering smell of mildew; bathtub stained, dated and poor maintenance. Staf was very helpful Room temp controls good.

Summary: I know that the hotel has just gone under new ownership but our room had a basket of coffee, but no coffeemaker. The microwave was sitting on the floor of the room, with the ice bucket on top. The room was clean, but it was obviously not ready for guests.

Summary: We had issues with our stay for every room (7). The new owner is making progress on some upgrades but has a long way to go. The staff was friendly but offered very few solutions to our issues. The management was responsive to our concerns but also offered very little help. I can not see my team staying here again!

Summary: We had multiple rooms, and there were issues with all of them. Ants, dirty bedding, a clogged toilet upon check-in, no remotes for TV, cable out in one room, and no hot water for one of the nights of our stay (the property did refund 20 dollars of each room rate for that day). The staff was very friendly, but for the most part, unable to help us with our issues. There were some upgrades going on since our stay last year, so I feel like they are trying. Given these issues, we may not stay at this property in the future.

Summary: The room was kinda dirty, there was hair ball under the chair. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was only one wash cloth and we needed 2 because we had two people in our room. When i asked at the desk for another wash cloth they didnt have any more. House keepers did not come in to clean our room or bring fresh towels. I actually never saw a housekeeper there at all or a cleaning cart. The breakfast they had a waffle iron there, but it looked real dirty and black like it never got cleaned. They had yogurt, cereal, milk and sausage and scrambled eggs. The hotel is under new management and remodel. The showers were great and all. They had coffee maker, frig, blow dryer. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet here. Parking lot had lots of ciggerette butts on the parking areas it looked like people smoked and just threw butts on the ground. It would be better if they had a ciggarette stand to put out the butts, instead of on the ground and littering the parking areas. I the bathroom door knob was sticking and was hard to open bathroom door, had to have my roomate open door from outside it was very scary. I would say in fairness the place was ok and quiet for the most part. I hope the new owners will fix it up and it does have potential to be a nice place.

Summary: Room was quite dirty. Also word of warning, Saturday is apparently karaoke night at the bar that shares a building with the hotel. You will hear it very clearly all the way until close to 12 at night

Summary: Our room was clean, simple and just what we needed. Great area for the pool and entertainment. Breakfast area was really nice and offering good choices for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and a quiet place to stay, even with all the snowmobilers that were also staying around us.

Summary: Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Snowmobile trailer Parking lot and walkways were cleared very nice of snow. Price was right for the stay..$67, for it did not have the pool or hot tub working, which was a disappointment. Nice continental brkfst.
