Summary: The desk clerk was very helpful during check-in. He was prompt and was willing to change our room to one on the first floor. This helped us bringing our luggage in. The room appeared to be recently remodeled. It was very clean, unlike the last place we stayed. We would be happy to stay in this facility again! The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite, which we greatly appreciated after a long drive.

Summary: Had to stand outside in the cold, wind and rain to check in. They don’t let you in the lobby after a certain time. Got to our room and took a shower. Got done there was a HUGE puddle of water on the floor.
