Positive: We had a excellent stay. Staff were very kind. My husband and I don't speak or understand the French language, but your staff were so kind and went over and beyond to help us. We so appreciated their kindness. Thank you

Negative: I thought the price was a bit high for this time of the year. I know people who sleep in their vehicle rather then pay $200.00 for 4 hours sleep in some cases.

Positive: Hotel facilities were above average suite R114. Breakfast excellent,full range of cooked items, and open at 6AM Location is at west end of town, quite a distance from the Centre, and further from the bus depot.

Positive: It was very clean - big room and very comfortable. Super close to the ferry.

Negative: They didn’t have any non-dairy option at breakfast. I am lactose intolerant and vegan, a lot of hotel now of milk alternatives for coffee. Even yogourt alternatives. It would have been a nice touch to have more fruits and non dairy options.

Summary: Very nice but missing some things to make it perfect.

Positive: Great location view of the ocean, great room, clean and spacious. Included breakfast was full buffet, everything you could possibly want. Ate dinner in the resto bar, good food and drink, and above all the waiter was bilingual, my family and I are bilingual but english at home. This waiter immediately spoke English to us and gave us great service. I have stayed in many hotels from Matane to Rimouski and this is my favorite. I will be back and I will be telling all my friends.
