Positive: That the room was clean after seeing all the reviews about smells and dirt.

Negative: Didn't have an elevator and I would of asked for a 1st floor room then. Also has a pool but it was empty.

Summary: Clean and good location to visit my family in area.

Positive: Location is good. The breakfast was out of plate napkins and juice machine was out of order. We were told the plates and napkins were on order but did not come yet. Walmart is around the corner come on. We and 3 other people come in to eat but could not because of this issue. Our room was good. It was clean warm and quiet.

Negative: The breakfast had no plates. Ice machine out of order. And juice machine at breakfast out of order.

Summary: Our room was clean quiet and every thing worked except the TV. It had no signal on any of yhe channe

Positive: I liked the staff, I also liked the room for the most part.

Negative: I did not like the ice machine was no where to be found? I also don't like that there was a bunch of people that hung out in the parking lot at night. A gentleman even had a chair up and left it outside? The rest of the room was nice, I felt pretty comfortable
