Summary: Property and room were clean. Property needed maintenance---broken floor tile in hallway, room door was lacking a strike plate and rattled, breakfast food supply was low and shaky quality. Property simply needed maintenance and breakfast attendant.

Summary: The hotel is okay, the system was down so I was instructed to wait in the lobby area which was fine, BUT there was a dead bug on the side table next to the seats in the lobby which is kinda alarming to see when you plan on staying somewhere. My room was clean and everything worked fine, just an older hotel and smells weird. Crowd around the hotel was interesting to say the least, I would maybe stay here again, but not likely.

Summary: We had difficulty getting in the room because the lock/key card barely worked. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way without force. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. The blowdryer was missing, the curtains wouldn't close all the way. We had to clip them together. The waffle maker was working intermittently. The food was frozen in the breakfast room fridge. The eggs and sausage tasted funny. To top everything off, it was overpriced. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights at $225 during the 75th Annual Old Threshers Reunion. I ended up cancelling 1 night each on 2 rooms. They changed the price from $225 per night total to a whopping $313 on 1 room and $252 on another room. This made no sense but I was told by both hotels.com and the hotel that pricing was out of their control. To top it off the room that never got changed was charged $252 per night. I cancelled the $313 per night room completely due to finding a room at another hotel for over $100 cheaper per night. The remaining room I changed was lucky to get the original $225 per night price I originally booked at. This was probably the fault of hotels.com but still. Overall I had a room which was hard to find but next time Ill go elsewhere to stay and elsewhere to book my hotel rooms.

Summary: Very basic hotel, no frills, soda machine didn’t even work. Had my dog, lucky for me I always put a diaper on to be safe when staying in a hotel. He spent all night moving from one spot to the next “rubbing” in the smells. Not that I noticed the smells, but you know how dogs are. Breakfast was also very basic. In fairness you get what you pay for.

Summary: Side door was locked, so could only go in the front door. Lights didn't work in the main room or bathroom. Pillows were nice. Breakfast was horrible--juice watered down at 7am opening, biscuits and gravy were inedible. We brought donuts, ants COVERED them. WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR!!!!!! That's a serious ant infestation. Staff didn't care about that when brought to their attention. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff fell asleep on couch. Pretty unsafe.
