Summary: Geeat room for a geeat price

Summary: Found roaches in the bathroom. Definitely has years on the hotel. Carpet felt damped, TV staticky, Phone doesn’t work, bathroom surface was clean but edges are molded and hasn’t cleaned deeply for ages, Mattress springs are definitely done. I guess it’s what you paid for. Unfortunately, the rooms are all booked so we had no choice but to stay in the roach room for the night. Manager was nice but considering the conditioned of the room, the full price pay was ridiculous.

Summary: I was in an older part of the hotel. The hallway smelled horrible. I was able to switch rooms and the newer room was a great upgrade. I would have given higher reviews if I had the nicer room first.

Summary: Accommodating I didn’t get in till very late in my room was available. everyone was nice. my room was clean, but my son was in a location where pipe head burst in the hall, smell horrible and they could not change his room until the last night of the trip.

Summary: friendly staff. Ice Machine out of order. So no chilling of drinks we had brought with us. Bath towels on lower shelf of bath vanity were soaked through, as though A leak from above somewhere. Adequate space- no frills - didn't see anything for breakfast other than "continental", plus Waffle maker. Was hoping for scrambled eggs? maybe bacon?

Summary: I loved how nice the staff were!!! Thank you all for what you do!!! I was visiting Kissimmee due to my boyfriend passing away and needed a place to stay the night before his funeral. Just a simple smile, breakfast, and answering any concerns I had really helped me in the time I’m going through. Thank you again for a pleasant stay.
