Summary: Upon arrival, our room had a terrible smell of mold and urine. We immediately asked for a new room and we were moved. Our new room also had a musty smell, but it was tolerable. The air conditioner didn’t work great. We had it set at 60 for the duration of our stay and it never got below 74 degrees. There was often no one at the front desk and we had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk. Breakfast was only served until 9 and it was extremely limited. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Asked for 2 days for a hair dryer. No iron. No remote and the one given us would not turn the TV off Metal bat in bed slammed my husband's ankle snd is now bruised. Blanket was ultra thin. AC was either freezing cold or loweredc2 degrees was hot and humid. Used ironing board to put makeup etc. on as there was no place to put it. Carpet was dingy and room very dated. 2 plugs by bed to charge phones.

Summary: Breakfast was ok at most. We had 3 towels for 5 people so we called for more. They never came. They would only refill 8 pool towels at a time and we had to call them so many times to refill them because it was already empty when we came in. A couple times we had to just drip our way back to our room due to no towels.

Summary: There was small things wrong with the room but the front desk lady was great and asked if we would of liked a new room and she had also taken down our concern when another guest had thrown beer all over my vehicle.

Summary: At check in they noticed my wife was using a walker and changed our room without asking or telling us to a handicap accessible room. Such a big surprise. Breakfast was fantastic too. Pool is under construction at this time. Be aware. Not sure how long until it will be open

Summary: We liked the lady taking care of the breakfast area. She was very friendly and helpful and did a nice job with the food and cleaning up.

Summary: It was what it was. Rooms were clean for the most part, the metal bed frame in our room had a sharp piece sticking out and getting into bed I sliced my foot on it, we moved the mattress over a bit to prevent our daughter from doing the same. Pool was falling apart. Looks like they were updating the shower area but there was chipped paint everywhere, rotting out wood and rusted chair lifts, gooey gunk on the floor by the pool entrance stairs that my daughter accidentally stepped in and we couldn’t tell what it was. We had to ask the front desk to let you into the pool everytime not sure if their key card system was broken or what that was about even though other families were getting in fine from what we saw. Breakfast was average again, things were not stocked like the coffee cups or even food even though there were workers around they just weren’t checking. Staff was friendly just not attentive. Wouldn’t recommend or use this facility again for the price we paid.

Summary: Not so good. Checkin was great. We stayed in the side by the front desk. It definitely needs renovated. We were missing a lounge chair. The only chair was at the desk. There was a big open area, but no chair or end table. I felt like we were in a grade school…the toilet was very low. The faucet would shut off, if the handle wasn’t turned completely on. Check out this morning was not so good. There was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that the desk attendant was helping another guest. We were to dial “0” for help. The first time, someone actually answered and they said someone would be right there. After five minutes we called again. The phone just kept ringing. We could hear someone talking in the office. We tried calling “0” twice and after no response, we left the key cards (as we noticed we had already been charged for our 3-night stay) and left, as we had an appointment. Needless to say, after staying there whenever we were in town, we are so glad we have other hotel choices. We have heard that about 30 rooms have been renovated. It would have been nice to know this. It’s probably time to renovate the rest of the rooms.
