Summary: Right off the highway 51 so very convenient with no traffic noise. Room was clean and the front desk people were very polite and helpful and efficient. Had a great night's rest. Will stay again when traveling on that route in Tennessee.

Summary: We rented a room here for 1 night while we were in town for a funeral. The room itself was nice enough, if a little bit on the small side, and two of the three lamps in our room didn't work, but otherwise the room was fine. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and much nicer than in our last visit to this hotel a few years back. Overall it was fine for what we paid, but I was disappointed in the lack of lighting and space.

Summary: I had really never stayed at Quality Inn until I found it last year when I went to visit my son. The hotel is convenient to everything you need to get to. The clerk and other employees were friendly. This is the only hotel I want to stay at when I come to Covington.

Summary: From previous reviews I would have expected better accommodations. I was very disappointed. The staff was friendly but the room itself smelled. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby.
