Summary: Nice hotel...seems a little dated, but nice

Summary: We arrived after 10:00 pm after traveling for 15 hours. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The facility is obviously dated, but they have made an effort to spruce things up. When we got to our room, I immediately noticed a white stain on the chair. I do not know why it has not been cleaned in some way. A picture is attached. The beds were comfortable. Also, they had the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. However, there was only one bar of soap in the bathroom, so I had to move it from the sink to the shower and back to the sink. My wife and her mother had the same soap issue in another room on a different floor, so this does not appear to be an oversight. The breakfast bar was also not up to par. The coffee was not good, and the orange juice was like super-strong Tang and not OJ.

Summary: We stayed in room 103 near the end of the hall. Above us was a heavy walker and the floor squeaked. He walked around a lot! Next to us was an adjoining room with doors closed but someone had a croup cough. We had just travelled for 10 hours. I was so happy when all quieted down by 11pm. And we slept!!🤗

Summary: The only way I would stay at this hotel again is if they paid me six figures to do so. The guy that checked us in knew nothing. He didn’t know the price of the incidental fee. He didn’t know where the luggage carts were nor offered to help find them. He didn’t tell me basic info like check out time, if there was breakfast etc. The sheets had small brown stains on them. Pillowcases had mascara. The room is EXTREMELY outdated and we did not feel safe. The A/C unit was loud and smelled. The room was very cramped. Once we sat our luggage down there was no walk way, the bathroom was the most sketchy part and the three of us that stayed in the room weren’t comfortable showering. We paid less money for an extremely nice hotel room in Colorado.
