Summary: Room was clean and spacious. Basic tv, no frills. Breakfast as expected, nothing to write home about. All the employees were very nice. A good stay for the price.

Summary: I understand that Bethany is in the middle of no wheee. But that doesn’t excuse the cleaniliness of this place. Our bedsheet looks like it wasn’t cleaned. We can see spots on the sheets.

Summary: The hotel had a smell to it that I couldn't place in the lobby. The room had a strange odor and maybe kind of musty.

Summary: The room worked for a place to stay and a quick hot breakfast. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and visible water damage on the ceiling.

Summary: This Quality Inn needs to up their quality. Check in was fine, but when we exited the elevator we were met with a very warm muggy hallway. It was hot and humid outside and it felt as though a window was open. We entered our room and the room appeared clean enough. We went to turn down the AC only to find out the heat was on. While the AC worked, the carpet was soaking wet by the morning. The handle to the sink cold water fell off multiple times, but it did work. We were thankful that the shower was clean and it worked. The TV remote was difficult to use and either needed new batteries or needed to be replaced. Breakfast the next morning was unremarkable. The coffee machine was missing some functions, but we were able to eat a decent meal. We tried to talk with the front desk, but they were either missing or on the phone.
