Negative: We chose Quality Inn because we have stayed there before because they have a heated pool and had good breakfast. This time, tge pool was freezing cold and when I went to front desk, took quite a while for staff to come to front desk. When I asked if pool could be warmer, staff said maintenance had to do that abd they had not veen there to nake any changes and would not be tgere for our 2-day stay. No one was ever in the pool. All the hot food was cold and had to be put in microwave; tgey had no biscuits til after we used toast for our biscuits and gravy. This was between 8 and 8:30. Breakfast closes at 9:30. We only saw one daytime and one nighttime staff during our stay and had to call for that person to come to desk. I am sure it was to save money but our room was $137 a night plus other fees when we could have stayed across the street for $54 a night for same room and much better service w no pool or breakfast.
