Summary: This was a last minute booking as we needed to be in the area early and opted to drive the night before. We weren’t expecting perfection but with lots of other options in the area we would not stay here again. Hotel is very dated and really in need of upgrades and maintenance. The room we booked for a king sized bed wasn’t available because we were traveling with our pet. Upon arrival our room was stuffy and I assumed it would improve once we turned on the A/C but it just increased the smell of mildew. Carpet felt slightly damp and shower drain backed up and never drained. Beds were comfortable and clean and staff was friendly. We didn’t bother with breakfast.

Summary: This hotel is doing some renovations and is dated, but everything is as clean as it could be. The breakfast was ok…eggs, sausages, pancakes, muffins, cereal, and yogurt. But what will bring me back to this to the hotel is the staff. So friendly! So kind! Stay here just to meet Kamal. He was fantastic!

Summary: The property is in need of some serious TLC. They are working on one of their wings, but the accessible parts are worn and aged. The central courtyard is musty and the fountain is gross and green. The front desk agent was relatively new so I don’t fault her at all. She was pleasant even after being left alone so early in her training. The room staff was minimal and apparently had issues with speaking English when we had an issue to resolve. Breakfast was quite sad. The parking lot was empty so it looked like only 3 rooms were occupied. The other hotels in the area looked pretty booked based on their lots. Sorry to say but this is far from Quality Inn standard.

Summary: I try to find the good in every situation. The desk clerk was excellent! Very helpful in finding us the best possible room. That being said . . . Wow! I have never been in a hotel like this. Paint was peeling off the ceiling in many areas - large pieces! The bathroom tub looked unusable. In fact, we didn't use it. The shower curtain looked dirty and was falling apart. The firsgt room we were assigned was a king sized bed at the furthest corner of the hotel. It looked like a room from a dystopian movie. The desk manager was able to get us into a room with two double beds - it worked for one night because the room appeared to be in much better condition, although their was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. We don't usually stay at a Quality Inn, and now I probably never will. I hope their other properties are much, much better than this one.

Summary: The hot water in the bathroom sink ran real slow and the bathtub was so old that I didn't want to get in it. I requested a change of sheets on the bed because there was a yellow stain on the sheet. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly but the hotel needs to be renovated and hire good landscapers for the outside of the building.

Summary: Friendly front desk and beautiful Lobby but it stops there!!! Hotel is very, very RUN DOWN. Half of the hotel is vacant and is under construction. We only would stayed one night then went across the parking lot to the Holiday Inn Express. Guess we got what we paid for LoL
