Summary: Spent $160 on a jacuzzi room only for the jacuzzi jets to be broken. Just a large bathtub. Then, when I woke up at 4am to dry mouth, the vending machines were broken. Order DoorDash instead, and they won’t allow the delivery driver to enter the building. So the front desk calls the room when they arrive and wakes the whole room up. Go to try and get it from the front desk and the door to the lobby is locked. I have to go outside to get to the front desk, and then am locked out myself. I have been to many hotels. It doesn’t feel like customer service should be that difficult. I won’t be back.

Summary: Although I liked how close it was to Eldora which is why we came… the facility needs some major upgrades. Caulking in the bath tub, wall paper peeling off, left over ice cream in the fridge. Oh and I wanted a non smoking room that I reserved months ago but they didn’t have any available which is bull. The employees need to look at their bookings before giving out rooms that were already booked. So we had to stay in a smoking room. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Summary: We got the king size bed with the jacuzzi tub. Jets in the tub didnt work. We were not told the pool was closed. Went to use it and the water was green. Had blood stains on the comforter. I talked to the lady who was working Saturday and she was on the phone with another customer. I waited and she told them to hang on a second. Asked me what i needed so i let her know the jets in the tub didnt work. All while this other guest was on the phone. Not impressed at all. And hoping once my payment clears it really clears for a discounted rate as i was told it would be.

Summary: The bed was ok. The breakfast was minimal, but did have something to eat. Not thoroughly impressed, but you get what you pay for.

Summary: Room fairly clean, shower worked well. Toilet did not work and my husband had to continually try to fix it. Staff said there was no plumber available. There was air flow in room but not air conditioning. It was humid in the room and my clothes felt damp. Breakfast was ok. Will not stay again.
