Positive: Breakfast was just as expected. Pretty typical for a hotel. Which is exactly what i wanted!

Negative: My parents room was too hot. When we told someone they gave us a fan. Turns out the AC was busted. Ended up having to tell front desk to get them switched.

Summary: I would highly recommend staying in the suite. For a small hotel this was a very romantic room!

Positive: staff very nice and helpful Hot tub was great Room was spacious

Negative: No elevator Breakfast was cold Shower was difficult to figure out and never got very hot Needed more towels and not toilet paper in room

Negative: I recently had a surgery so the bed was a bit firm for me. Also could not swim as the indoor pool was freezing cold. This is like the fourth hotel I have stayed in with an indoor pool where the heaters were not in use.
