Summary: Front desk was understaffed. Air conditioner in first room didn’t work right. They reluctantly moved us to another room. The second room had a strong musty cigarette smell.

Summary: When I got to the front desk no welcome or hi was said to me. They seemed not to want customers there. The room needs a makeover too. And the room had a strange smell. Will not be coming back ever.

Summary: The toilet in our room was loose, not connected to floor, I had to ask for more pillows 3 very small pillows provided. Breakfast biscuits were hard and gravy almost burnt. Very skimpy breakfast. Desk clerk didn’t speak English very well. We won’t stay there again
