Summary: Check was terrible. Waited 20 minutes and still didn’t get up to the counter. Only one group ahead of me. Went to dinner instead and when I returned it still took 15 to get checked in.

Summary: The staff at the desk was very friendly but the rooms are in a desperate need for an update. Shower head was broken, the refrigerator made a horrible loud noise ALL night long and the room was dirty. I wouldn't normally post a review but the price was really high for a very subpar room. Not a fan of unclean walls, dressers, desk, bathroom and a loud broken refrigerator.

Summary: Black mold hole. You can literally smell it. The rooms are dank. Midlevel cleanliness and a huge plate glass window that the wind could open. I didnt sleep a wink.

Summary: When i was on line i thought i was staying at Sand point Idaho..but it was Post falls idaho..had to turn around and go back to post falls..cost me time and money..more time Monday driving back up to Bonners Ferry Idaho...

Summary: Ive never submitted a negative review but our room was so grossly dirty that it beckons your attention. There was so much dust and dirt built up on the carpet around the furniture it was obvious its rarely moved for thorough vacuuming. Hair and dust everywhere. The bathroom walls had crud and finger marks that we wiped down easily with a cloth, and the sink was filthy with dried mucus around the drain. Staff and overall experience was fine but there was definitely no sign of quality in the cleanliness.

Summary: Upon check in I was asked to wait because the clerk was taking out the garbage. There was another employee there who just kept looking at me and not checking us in. After several minutes, he finally came over and checked us in; unsure as to why he didn’t just do so to begin with. The walls in the room were very dirty with dirt smeared on the bathroom walls. It didn’t appear as though the carpet had been vacuumed and the armoire holding the fridge continued to open up, which we tripped over numerous times. The sheets did appear clean upon inspection and we slept decently. The pictures are not accurate as to what this property actually is.
