Positive: The room was fairly clean, however the bathroom and adjoining area needs an upgrade.

Negative: Again, the bathroom area needs work. The overall room needs upgrades. Not typical of other Quality Inns I have stayed at. The morning breakfast was very limited in breakfast options.

Positive: Wonderful caring and helpful staff from front desk to breakfast lady each morning. Erica was most helpful to us in making sure our stay was great.

Negative: Some small parts of floor in room were de-laminating, creating a potential trip hazard.

Positive: The cleanliness and space of the room and accommodation. Great water pressure.

Negative: There were multiple vynl planks loose or improperly installed. Could use a shower head that doesn't feel like your skin is going to peel. And an Iron for clothing. Also hypoallergenic bedding. I am allergic to down. And bedding was down.
