Negative: I didn't like that at my arrival and checking in, the receptionist was no where to be found. Waited a long time and nobody would come help me.

Positive: The bagels, English muffins weren’t very fresh. The jams and jellies were not the best quality. The orange juice was very good as was the yogurt. The beds and sheets were very good. Liked the closet and drawers. The walls seemed to control noise in other rooms. Even though the hotel was on a busy road, there was minimum road noise.
