Summary: Requested room service twice for clean towels and trashed was told we were added to the list but never happened had to go get our own towels from front desk and trash bags also gad to go request toiletries to restock our room. The floors in room were sticky and room was musty smelling no matter where we set ac. Breakfast wasnt bad but not much offered, waffles cereal and yogurt was all.

Summary: It was OK very noisy the beds very uncomfortable. They literally make your back hurt. You have to take your dirty towels to the front desk and then they’ll give you more towels. Very inconvenient. Well I stay there again no, I’d rather pay the extra money somewhere else.

Summary: Just an overnite stay but room was very good for price and had all the necessary room amenities needed. Skimpy on towels and pillows but they were adequate, so no issues. AC/heat easy to adjust (which is NOT true for many hotels, frankly). Thin walls but that's to be expected. Picked hotel for location; would come again for short stay if future occasion requires proximity.

Summary: The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The mattress had metal springs and you couldn't even sit on the bed without it making noise. The door to our room had obviously been kicked in before. The safety lock at the top of the door no longer functioned and there was a very noticeable crack in the door frame. We did not feel very safe in our room. The whole hotel smells like smoke, even though it's technically non-smoking. One night, the fire alarm went off for 45 minutes and we discovered that kids had beaten up a woman in the lobby and fire, paramedics, and cops were all called. We'll never stay there again.

Summary: Dirty floor, hallways. Smelled like marijuana. Bed was clean and comfortable. Required earplugs to sleep. Noisy hallways late in evening. Phone flashed all the time but no messages. Netflix on menu but staff said it had never worked. Only exit through front office, all others alarmed. Bathroom and bedding were clean.
