Positive: It was convenient and easy to find. Room needs repainting, door frames and windows need redo. Parking lot is in need of pick up of litter, ( a lot of our opinion is based on the first look of the outside entrance) and better breakfast. We slept fine but eager to get up and leave. It did not live up to our expectations at all. Convenient to Walmart and Culvers.

Negative: Needs to be refurbished in many places and up to date looks in room.

Negative: Did not know that they did not clean the room on a Saturday . Pillows very hard and puffed up. Tub bottom was very slippery. not enough light in the closet area and the room. Very noisy and people yelling. Would not go back.

Positive: Clean room & bathroom. Breakfast was good. The staff were very nice, & polite. I got there earlier that I thought I would (I booked for late check in, but actually arrived before one of the events). So that was a very pleasant experience to set up before leaving & not having to do it after.

Negative: I was unaware that there wasn't an elevator when offered a 2nd floor. It was a shock, & difficult with the luggage to go up & down the stairs. Breakfast sausage was turkey & the biscuits & gravy had no sausage in it.

Summary: A busy weekend.
