Summary: The room had a stained, brown like old blood, on the comforter, the remote did not work. The original front desk person who checked us in was trying to charge us when we already paid through you all. Then went I went back to the front desk to complain about our room, there was a nice young man who offered us a different room. This room even smelled clean when we walked in.
