Summary: My trip is always Amazing here, I prefer this Quality Hotel better than any other Quality Hotel for their great cleanliness, comfort, customer service, Amenities and Safety.

Summary: The room was clean to my satisfaction. I really liked that it had vinyl flooring instead of old smelly carpet in the room. I was very disappointed that the hair dryer in the room didn't work. The place was very convenient and easy to find.

Summary: The check in process was super easy and quick. The staff was friendly and professional the entirety of our stay. The room was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. I wasn't expecting much since it was the only hotel I could find in Loganville. I was actually very pleased with everything. I would gladly book this hotel again.

Summary: we checked in at 9pm. upon arrival, was told they had to charge my credit card for a night since we had not checked in yet. However they would still have to charge us the full amount when we checked out 2 days later and the original charge would be refunded in 7-20 days. Manager called me the next day to explain the charge qas error, but really called to beg us to give hotel a good reciew. That was in poor taste.
