Summary: There are two what seem to be homeless Men about the hotel. They aren't bothering anyone, and are very friendly, but not patrons, and do sit in the lobby which makes me not want to sit there with my family as they are in front of the t.v all day. Staff is very good and friendly. There was a party last night. They seemed to be friends of the staff and played music until 2 am very loud and also rendered the lobby in useless due to the noise level of the music and people in and out. Gym is garbage and needs serious repair. Wifi is garbage. Restaurant we were told is open is closed for repairs? Permanent residents here. Room was spotless and well cared for. Staff very attentive. Plenty of vending and free coffee. It seems like they are trying to make a go of it here and accommodate everyone. The repairs need to be done though.
