Positive: The bed was comfortable.
Negative: The bathroom was not in the best shape. The tub drain stopper would not stay open when the shower was in use and it sounded like you might fall through the floor in the shower it was so creaky!!
Summary: Budget friendly but could use some touch ups.

Negative: Our toilet plugged up and overflowed, they came and plunged it and it worked fine then, however, he left the water on the floor! I mopped up what I could with a towel, but the BR was not cleaned up til housekeeping came by the next day and asked if I needed anything.
