Summary: The staff was excellent. The workers should have put plastic between the work areas and common areas. Due to work, elevators and exterior doors weren't functioning.

Summary: I was checked in under the wrong information, given the wrong room, the room was not clean, and waited 30 minutes the following morning for someone to attend the desk. The people seem nice, but the organization needs to get its act together.

Summary: The hotel is under renovation. In spite of that, things were clean and comfortable. The desk personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was well served.

Summary: Why are a fleet of rental trucks from the motels neighbor company idelling in car parking spaces, they left their truck spaces at the far end empty!!! Unbelievable.
