Summary: Receptionist was hard to understand. No handicap rooms available. Soda machine didn’t accept dollars. No elevator, I could barely do stairs with my hands full of clothes and items I needed for my stay. No downstair rooms available because I chose one of the two rooms offered (2 queen beds) when I made a reservation. Receptionist offered a refund but I couldn’t drive any further. Wall heater is very filthy inside vents. Bed was comfortable, hotel was clean. TV worked.
