Positive: The African American lady with the long braids at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. Also the other foreigner lady who checked me in also went above and beyond to satisfy as I was not happy with my first room she moved me until I was ok. Very appreciative!

Negative: I just didn’t like the little kids being able to run around the halls and make noise at night. Their parents did not keep a good eye on them
