Positive: The staff, Stacy, & all the others were very helpful and friendly. The Continental breakfast was great. Anytime of day or night I could get a cup of coffee. The room was very clean & when we asked on the third day if they would clean, they rushed right to it. The price for our stay was fabulous.

Positive: Like everything about this hotel. Have been coming here for several years, and am grateful that it accepts pets.

Negative: For the first time in all the years I have been staying here, I saw a cockroach in our room. My husband reported it the front desk and the clerk immediately called an exterminator.

Positive: Room was roomy, and clean. We were on the ground floor. Check in staff was friendly, helpful in getting our large vehicle parked. Easy to get to, just off the interstate.

Negative: Cleaning staff needs to be sure to check the coffee maker and remove used pods upon cleaning. Real brewed coffee with breakfast. Fruit offered at breakfast. Noisy location.
