Summary: Only problem we had was, we tried to check in early. Had to wait till ALL roots were cleaned. Had to wait till check in time. The problem is Eastern time and Central time.

Summary: This is our 4th stay at this hotel & unfortunately the worst experience (other 3 times were great). Got there at 3 but the front desk was having issues determining which rooms were ready. Finally checked into the room & everything seemed great at first you can tel they’re trying to remodel but some of the furnishing were SUPER old. Went swimming immediately as I got there but noticed the only way downstairs was by stairs, which isn’t great for my elderly mother who travels with me. The pool seemed to need cleaning & people were at it smoking weed (hotel smelled like it most of the time I was there). Get back to the room & an hour later I get summoned to the front desk bc their system apparently checked me & other guests out so I had to re-check in. Apparently they were having issues giving keys to rooms that already had people staying in them. Get that taken care of, go to bed & head out the next morning only to come back later to our keys not working. Got those fixed. It was the 4th so guests were lighting up fireworks right outside our room (woke us up from a dead sleep at 11:30pm). I would probably stay again as I assume most of the poor experience was due to undertrained staff & tech glitches, & bc it’s very accessible. I just hope things are much better next time.

Summary: Traveled to Tennessee to help family move. Stayed for two nights. Room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was hot and good. There were enough choices for everyone. The outside pool was great! Staff were all very friendly. Would stay again in the future.

Summary: Upon check in first thing i smell is weed. The person checking me in had a weed vape pen setting right there on the counter then made me sign papers saying i wouldnt smoke or vape on the property! Thought that was a little contradicting ! The room was ok for what we paid!

Summary: Overall adequate. Breakfast was good, friendly check in, comfy bed. Enjoyed the pool. Terribly small bathroom, half finished repairs in bathroom. Noisy air conditioning & room had a muggy, damp smell.

Summary: We checked into our 2 Queen bed room. Moments after we entered the room, we found a roach crawling in our bathroom. We figured it was just a one off. Unfortunately, hours later as we’re getting ready for bed, one is crawling from under the mattress onto the bed. We called the front desk who did switch us to another room; however, they didn’t seem phased by me reporting the room had roaches. There was no apology for the experience, just them simply telling us they only had 1 more room available that was a King bed. This resulted in my husband, kids and I having to sleep in one bed. The room did have a pull out couch, but no one felt comfortable sleeping in it.
