Summary: Upon check in there was a woman having issues with the number of rooms that were suppose to be booked. This conversation went on for approx 10 minutes. A nice gentlemen then checked me in. While I was being checked in the woman went behind the desk...turns out she works there. She didn't think twice about me waiting and was quite demeaning in the way she talked to the staff. On a positive note the room was clean and the other staff professional.
