Summary: Nice place and I won’t say the room was filthy but the floor had definitely not been cleaned they turned out socks black and the shower was very dirty like it had just been rinsed out soap scum and all also a purple hair tie from the previous guest was laying with the coffee pot (probably because the didn’t use the coffee so it didn’t have to be refilled but still) i did still leave a tip that’s not easy work and is definitely not for everyone

Summary: Overall I had a great experience at Quality Inn CLT airport. The shuttle service was excellent - very well managed and convenient. The room seems outdated but it was clean, and hot shower was great. Breakfast was another aspect that I like.

Summary: I flew in from Florida. The bed was extremely comfortable for me but my rest got interrupted when some of the guests were kicking the door to their room. I got woken up at 4am. I called the front desk and he basically told me he will see what he can do. Nothing about he is sorry for the inconvenience or disturbance. The customer service is terrible but then the hotel is managed by foreigners so they don't know anything about customer service to black customers. I booked for two nights but checked out early and went to another hotel.

Summary: The gentlemen that checked me in, informed me of a $50 hold on card for incidentals. NO PROBLEM. When finished i said thank you and i was going to step out for a cigarette, he immediately started to inform again about the incidentals, and they would charge if I smoked in room, i said that's why I'm stepping outside, he stated the facts again. I had to explain I'm a grown ass woman, from out of town not looking for trouble or fines, once again he says AND IM TELLING YOU. WELL, I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE OF HIS RUDENESS. Everyone else was friendly & courteous. Granted i was only there to get 5 hours sleep before flight, and my daughter and son in law, so they could nap before their drive home

Summary: I would give this property a better rating if they would respect my cultural difference the same way they're asking for respect of theirs. My check-in was great my room is great the young man at the desk was great. My problem is the way that I was treated by the cleaning person.

Summary: For the money, it is a good hotel. That is why I keep staying there. Also, it is easy to get to and out of downtown Charlotte, where I work when I am there.
