Positive: I liked the cost and the size of the room.

Negative: Didnt like that when we had arrived to check in there were a number of guests also waiting to check in and the reception desk was unmaned. Numerous phone calls gave no results until a staff member wandered over wondering where other staff were. Waiting close to 15 minutes. Had same experience next morning trying to check out and had to go looking for a staff member. I also didn't like that there are no knives, forks or plates in rooms. The complementary body wash in shower was empty and a previously used toilet roll 3/4 used was still on toilet roll holder. Lack of hygiene? It was pretty noisy being next to a main road but I expected it to be.

Summary: So many improvements needed.

Negative: no hot water for my shower in the morning, terrible draught blows in under the bathroom door due to the fan being on every time the light is on; there is no option to turn the fan off. The airconditioner was ineffective and very noisy.
