Summary: nice room and the gentleman at front desk was very polite and very helpful with my situation I have a real bad back had 4 surgeries done since 2023 when we arrived from a long drive from katy for my uncle funeral the gentleman told me my room is on second floor and that the following day he had a bottom room I was a little upset and told him I cant do stairs and plus my mom has knee issues so he said let me see if there is something he can do so he got me a bottom room I was so thankful for him to double check any rooms available he did an amazing job we arrived on January 15 2026 around 6pm. I am so sorry I cant remember his name.He was very polite and understanding so I give more then 5 golden stars ;) I do have one concern the tub is slippery y'all should put some tub mats in case because not everybody that checks in tells y'all there personal information.I had to put a towel in tub to shower I told the same gentleman at front desk when we checked out about my concerns of people slipping in tub in the future he listen and told me he will look at the tubs

Summary: Sergio was the best everything was awesome and all needs were met. Will definently stay in the future. Couldn't ask for anything more and Quality Inn has never failed to stand up to the expectations.

Summary: This is definitely not like a real hotel. This is more like a motel. The room was clean but you could tell that this was not a particularly safe neighborhood. This is an industrial area and there is not much around to get food. The staff was okay but I had issues with my room door not locking and the staff was not very responsive.

Summary: The room was completely updated , very clean and modern. Loved how large the room was. Only complaint was the tv didn't work, but hopefully they got it fixed. They should also make sure regular cars aren't parked in the EV charging parking spaces because we weren't able to charge because of that. But love to the comfort and cleanliness of the room
