Summary: Our room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool is in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. Unless you are ok with super cheap shampoo and conditioner pack your own. The staff was friendly and helpful. The vending machines need more selection.

Summary: The room was nice and clean. The breakfast is the best I have ever had. Eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy is a staple in Missouri. Plenty of fruit, yogurt, and honey buns. I haven't mastered the waffle machine yet. The staff at the hotel are very nice as well.

Summary: The rooms were clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The halls and common areas had a very musty smell. The pool was being filled, which seemed to be finished later on in our visit. My sister asked if it was ready and the desk worker told her no, that this hotel was more for passing by than a leisure hotel so they hadn’t gotten around to it yet. The workout room didn’t have any weights and only had a treadmill and stair stepper. The gazebo was falling apart and the keys didn’t open some doors. The hot breakfast was not refreshed during the morning and we wonder if the sausage was leftover from the day before. The desk staff were not very friendly, as they seemed annoyed when we asked questions and requested a receipt when we checked out.

Summary: Not the nicest of hotels, a little sketchy on the grounds around the hotel. Once inside it was fine. Needs updating, the room was relatively comfortable. Bed and pillows were good. Shower was good.

Summary: I've stayed here countless times. Most of the time it's a pleasant experience. I would really prefer all facilities to be in working order when staying somewhere, especially for work as it's a temporary living situation. The shower did not work. The television did not work. The staff was very friendly and I always appreciate them. This last day was only a one night situation, so I did not bother raising a problem about the non-working facilities. But I will say on top of that, the room was very dirty, unvacuumed. I'm very unimpressed.

Summary: I knew going in that the place would be dated, it was not expected to be fancy. I was traveling and looking for something overnight and called the hotel to make sure I could get a room. The person that answered would not book a room over the phone and said I had to book online. So I got online even though I had to stop driving to do so. The reviews online said staff was friendly and breakfast was good so I booked a room online which charged extra fees I saw after checking out. The breakfast was not good, it was cold eggs and stale biscuits. There was no water pressure for a decent shower. The front desk was blasting loud music and had to get their attention to check out. Overall a rather unpleasant stay.
