Summary: It's definitely showing some wear and tear, but the whole property, and our room were both exceptionally clean, and the A/C worked great, kept the room cool and dry - I loved that there was no carpet in the room. Breakfast was more extensvie than expected for the price, although the reconstituted eggs didn't do it for us, they had sausage, a waffle machine, yogurt, cereal and fruit, a nice surprise at this price point. It's an excellent value in Bay City, esp for an overnight with two dogs

Summary: It is conveniently located and although located on a highway we could not hear traffic sound. Spacious room with coffee maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and the queen beds were extremely comfortable- in fact the best I’ve slept in, in years. Nice complimentary breakfast included which was nice. Well done Quality Bay City. Highly recommended.

Summary: The hotel is older and showing some wear and tear but clean and friendly. I was disappointed in the "breakfast" as it was pretty slim pickins. Luke warm scrambled eggs and no protein. The cable TV service wasn't working in my room. Decent place to stay if you aren't looking for the amenities.
