Positive: very pleased with upgraded room. clean and fresh

Negative: fish and chips was sooooo salty, complained but i got was ‘ok we’ll inform the chef’ and still charged full price. i did try my best to finish it because didnt want to waste the food

Positive: The girl in the reception at my arrival was so incredibly kind! Really made my day. I think her name was Karoline. I hope you give her a good raise because she most certainly deserves to be treated well for the way she treats her customers!

Negative: The toilet was not cleaned and had very visible urine stains. The rest of the room seemed cleaned.

Positive: The breakfast was excellent. It was a clean and comfortable place. Very helpful staff. Public transport is near.

Negative: The bed had two mattress for some reason and the first one always slipped off. I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Positive: The hotel staff was very helpful. When I needed a power cable (adapter) for my laptop, the receptionist lent me exactly what I needed. This was much appreciated, as it solved a problem for me. The restaurant staff was also nice and friendly. Overall, the staff's helpfulness made my stay comfortable.

Negative: I noticed an unusual odor in the hallway on the third floor, where my room was located. It smelled somewhat sweet but unpleasant, similar to rotting fruit. While this didn't affect my room directly, it was noticeable when entering and leaving the floor.
