Positive: The breakfast was really good. The hotel is in a quite, nice area. The room was clean, and after request it was cleaned again during my stay. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Negative: The rooms should be a bit renovated. The carpet, the walls should be refreshed as it has some dirt/ scratches on it. The shower is tiny, hard to go inside and outside (but that is coming from the size of the room/ bathroom) No wardrobe for clothes.

Positive: Good location in green belt with views of Oslo fjord. Excellent breakfast, good choice of food and drink.

Negative: Overnight parking charge in May 2025 was NOK 195 with 2 hours free. Given the hotel's size and location, guest parking should be free. Also, a note for Booking.com: if parking is charged it should be stated at the outset.

Positive: The view and the hotel common areas. Dinner and breakfast were really nice.

Negative: The rooms were extremely small, suited for single, not double rooms. It's hard to move around if you have a baby stroller. We also did not get good service because there was a conference at the same time
