Summary: We arrived a but early and the lady at the reception told us to wait. She could see where we were sitting waiting with no worry in the world. Other people started to come and suddenly that was a big line to check in . I went there and asked her if we could check in she said yes! I asked you saw us right there you couldn’t have told us that we could check in? She rolled her eyes! It was really a big lack of care about customers. We ate dinner and the restaurant that was good before it was not good anymore. Breakfast was disappointing!

Summary: Everything was wonderful except for the air conditioning is controlled by the property so they don’t put it low enough to be cool at anytime during the day
