Positive: The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and conveniently located near all the major attractions downtown. I especially enjoyed the coffee maker and the beautiful city views at night. Everything was amazing, and I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

Positive: The location is great, just less than 1000m to the center of institutions in Yaounde. The security in the building was appreciable.
Negative: During my stay, I was very disappointed with the overall condition of the accommodation. There were no blankets on the beds; only a single sheet was provided for covering. The second bedroom did not have an internal shower, and the air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was not functioning properly and produced disturbing noises. In addition, there was no hot water. Overall, the rooms are very basic, and the owner should really improve the standard of the accommodation. On a positive note, the living room was presentable and equipped with a television on which my daughter was able to watch her series on Netflix. The kitchen was also adequately furnished with the necessary equipment.
Summary: Okay for one or two nights...
