Positive: The beds were comfy and great kitchen

Negative: The sofa's were uncomfortable and the dining room chairs could do with cushions and there was a constant dripping coming from the bathroom sink which I did report but heard nothing back and the shower floor needs looking at possible leak.it looks like there might be an issue with the drains.

Positive: This is a cute we cottage in a location which makes it easy to access all amenities in Barton on foot. With food outlets and pubs, restaurants and shops an easy walk. The shower was amazing, spacious with really good pressure. The outside seating area was cute and sunnny

Negative: The cottage is located on a busy road, so there could be traffic noise if the bedroom window is open but it is quiet overnight

Positive: The house was nice, well maintained and clean. It was within easy reach of Barton's town center, shops, pubs & restaurants. The host was very responsive.

Negative: I think you need to provide more cutlery. 2 forks/knives isn't enough for a 3 bedroom property. The house is also on a busy corner of a noisy main road, with lorries regularly going past. There's no parking outside the property, so we needed to walk with our bags.

Summary: All fine, convenient for a short break in Barton.

Positive: Comfortable and well equipped. Convenient for local places of interest. Good shower.

Negative: We were told that there was on street, unrestricted parking but the road has double yellow lines which meant we had to park in a side street and carry cases. We managed but had we been warned, we would have prepared our packing differently. The bathroom sliding door is heavy to close. As 4 elderly sisters we were not too concerned about privacy and left it open but for some people it might be more of a problem. The bath room sink plug needs adjusting and one bedside light in the main bedroom does not work.

Summary: Great base for an economical weekend retreat with access to nature, the Ropery and the Geoge.
