Summary: Great place for small family to stay while in/near Fayetteville, TN! Clean home, quiet neighborhood, great internet speed and has lake views! Will definitely try to book here again next time we are in town.

Summary: Our stay was great! We didnt have any trouble with check in. The property was just like the photos. Communication was excellent. The views are beautiful. Just a couple of minutes from Elk River Canoe Rental. We hope we will be able to book this year after year.

Summary: My husband and I loved this property. It was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. We had a great relaxing time.

Summary: The house was cute, there was all kinds dirt behind shelf when you walk in front door. There where mouse dropping in the utensil draws and all the pots and pans had to rewash all of them. Roof leaked in the utility room. The Christmas tree and decorations all over house, we had to look at them until February 27th. There where leaves piled up 3 inches high all over front porch and walk way to the drive way, that I had to sweep off. There was excessive pet hair that had been swept out the front door on the door mat that said wipe your paws. I to sweep off, Plus the front yard had tons of leaves.

Summary: The house was clean until you moved something out there was dirty behind the little self at the front door. There were mouse droppings in utensil drawer and in the pots and pans I had to rewash all of them. The Christmas decorations were still up on the 1st of January had to look at them until February.

Summary: The Quaint Blue Lake Cottage was everything I never knew I needed! Quite, serene, beautiful, cozy and comfortable, not too mention affordable! Our hosts were amazing, courteous and caring about all things. The cottage itself was like walking into "home"! Furnished kitchen, amazing coffee to wake up to; comfy sofas with free internet, built in streaming and the hosts even left snacks for those late night movies! The linens were fresh and clean, and the beds were so comfy! We slept so well! We'll definitely be back! 5 out of 5 stars across the board!
