Positive: The property is in the suburbs on a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, the traffic noise might bother you. The hosts provided incredible amenities in both the bathroom and kitchen. They were very good in providing coffee, edibles and all other things. Very good!

Negative: Property was awesome but busy with people working on the pool etc.

Positive: Good, comfortable space, close to downtown. I would stay there again.

Negative: Keypad combination to unit was not functional. Fortunately a door key was available. Parking was a little difficult, as other tenants grabbed space intended for my unit. That said, host was very responsive when notified.

Summary: Good, clean comfortable unit with plenty of amenities, just a few minutes drive from downtown.

Positive: Great location, walkable to Hillside Mall. Very clean and neat newly refurbished loft with nice kitchen and bathroom. Bed comfortable with very comfortable pillows. Close to busy street, but windows block the sound and street became quiet in the evening. Onsite parking. Very easy to communicate with owner. Price is good value for money.

Negative: There is a French press and grinder, but I could find no coffee beans. Checkout time is 10:00 which is slightly earlier than similar properties, and there is a $25 charge to check out at noon.

Summary: Weekend stay in Victoria - Value for money.
