Summary: Overall it was a good place to stay. QT has everything you need under one roof. Location is close to popular places and easy walking distance. Only problem was not quite understanding the check-in about using the fob key in the elevators. When you arrive at the room floors there's no signs saying what room numbers are there on the level. Other thing was no information in the room about the rooms, such as a folder. We couldn't find information about the tea and coffee. If it's free to use or part of the mini bar.

Summary: Absolutely delightful. It’s always an annual 4-night affair for our family in the first weekend of July for Gold Coast Marathon. From the clean & happy spaces to comfy beds it’s hard to find anything to fault (bar perhaps no space in the fridges & the current inability to let fresh air in whilst all balconies are closed).

Summary: Upon arrival the staff were very lovely and accomodating. It wasn’t until I got my room key that the staff member told me we were unable to access the balcony. I purposely booked ocean view which cost more money for my family and was not told about restricted access. When I said something the staff member gave me two drink vouchers for a family of four. My husband and I don’t drink alcohol so two soft drinks didn’t really make up the inability to access to balcony and enjoy the view. Everything else

Summary: Would’ve been a nice stay except for: 1. Shower was way too small for a doorless design. To prevent water spilling outside the shower cubicle, I had to go very close to the faucet - hit the tapware & had a deep cut on my forehead. Reported to front desk but didn’t receive any acknowledgment 2. The bathroom washbasin was too short for the inverted U-shaped tap, exacerbated by the shelf just above the basin 3. Our booking entitled us to 2 complimentary drinks but we had to ask for the vouchers after checking in

Summary: Stayed overnight for a business trip to Gold Coast, and it was overall a good stay. The (buffet) breakfast experience was not the best I have had - some items ran out and there was a queue for the coffee machine :-) All in all minor and a pleasant stay overall

Summary: The room was gorgeous, but all the balconies were closed. We were not offered compensation for this or notified about it in advance. We would have cancelled our stay if we had known. After complaining, we got a buffet breakfast, but we had specifically booked a suite so we could sit on the balcony enjoying a glass of champagne to celebrate our anniversary, and so we had space to have a nice room service breakfast at a table so that we didn't have to brave the mother's day crowd at a cafe. As well, someone had left our fridge open so the fridge was room temp when we got there. It was really disappointing. Our 4th stay at QT, and probably our last.

Summary: The booking was messed up from the beginning requesting a king suite Ocean view…the first night we only go a king Ocean view…we very disappointed and we were going to leave the entire hotel…the duty manager fixed it up the next day which was a bit of a hassle, but the room was so much better…we decided to stay another night but they charged us a ridiculous amount of $386 for a Monday night that the hotel was very much vacant…I felt ripped off slightly…they took advantage of us because we told them that we loved it so much…overall stay was great..very comfy bed and staff we also friendly and polite…not sure if I will stay there again because of all the drama when we arrived…
