Positive: Basic property with nice huge lawn and big comfortable room. Small walk to the river. Nice people. Our friends were staying in the 5 Star "resort" next door. It was loud and very busy. We preferred this one. Quiet and peaceful.

Negative: The restaurant is very basic. Breakfast too. They can maybe add a bonfire at night.

Positive: The access to the river , staff and the kitchen. To mention the support staff Rahul is a gem. He alone was handling everything from serving food to taking care of property. Rest it was very badly managed

Negative: Very unresponsive behaviour. No one picks call when you call them on extension numbers. There isn’t any fridge in the room so no way you can chill your drinks or water. There are chips wrappers and garbage lying in the property since the day we arrived and till the time we left. Network coverage is really bad and Internet they provide is just a name sake. For accessing river they have a very bad iron ladder which can be very risky. Food choices were limited and the only reason they gave us was there are not too many guests we can’t help it. Well as a paying customer that’s not our problem

Positive: Room was clean, there is small garden outside for walking and leisure.

Negative: Hygiene is not great, food quality was very poor. I saw insects across sandwiches flies in most of the food. Electricity cut off is recurring, AC remote was not working.

Summary: I will most likely not stay back again in this property and it’s definitely not worth the price.

Positive: Location is very good. Right on the river bank with river and mountain view from all rooms. Morning time it's just wonderful to sit in the balcony and do nothing. Excellent view from the rooms. Rooms are nicely done and clean. Staff is very friendly and courteous. We paid 33k for two nights on full board basis for two rooms (4 persons). Little on the expensive side but I am not complaining as we had a very nice stay. Nearby there is an adventure bungee jumping and flying fox which is a must visit. We walked the entire way from hotel (3.5 kms) and back and it was superb.

Negative: Rooms are not fully finished and some rough edges are there such as couple of open wires hanging from the roof (for lights I guess). Food is very oily and heavy on the stomach. After requesting the cook for a lighter meal we got slightly better food. The entire area is dotted with resorts and lot of construction work going on. However once you are in the room you are shielded from all that. We needed to ask the staff to clean the toilet on the second day as they skipped it.

Summary: Nice location, excellent rooms, food could be better.
