Positive: The hotel has an excellent location: in a walking distance from San Francisco plaza, Obelisco cable car station, the witches' market, cafes and fruit markets, tour agencies. The staff is very helpful and tries to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is not outstanding, but good enough. We admired the ability to get drinking water either on the first floor or from the bar. Also there was a heater in the room, which was great for my constantly freezing mother.

Negative: The towels were more gray than white, but still clean. The reception manager accidently marked a taxi for 4 a.m insted of 4 p.m and woke us up on the phone, but we admire their desire to help us.
