Positive: perfect location right next to the mosque and the fort, yet still quiet. the hotel even handles the parking fee right in front of the hotel- amazing service!

Negative: there’s no elevator but the hostel owner helps with the luggage

Summary: location couldn’t be better and the hostel owner is incredibly friendly and helpful - 100% recommend!

Positive: Excellent location for Nizwa souq and fort, extremely kind and helpful staff and huge room. Excellent value for money.

Negative: All was great; nothing luxurious about it but very convenient, functional and new. Some assistance needed for finding the entrance. Maybe only downside is the lack of an elevator but staff were very helpful

Positive: Good location, very friendly and helpful staff (thanks a lot Manjoor). Big tv which was nice to watch in bed!

Negative: Could have had a desk & chair(s), plus would prefer it if the wifi had a password for security reasons. Finally, our bedroom didnt have a window but overall if was a good room with good shower. Would definitely stay again and was told that the place has only just been done up so things like chairs etc will be sorted.

Positive: Location good within metres of the fort The room was big and clean and bed was comfortable. Check and assistance with parking and luggage excellent Nice big fridge Hotel paid for parking

Negative: Not all the rooms have windows. Ours had a window but looked down on narrow alleyway between buildings with rubble. Be aware that this property occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a commercial building accessed by a side door up an alleyway and LOTS of steps. It feels a little utiitarian. Also be aware that it is not in the old Al Aqur ditrict of Nizwa - it is just outside - though very close. I emailed to ask for precise directions a few days before arrival but did not get a reply.

Positive: Odd set up. Think this was an apartment building once upon a time. It’s only been a hotel about 3-4 weeks. Overall good stay, good room. Extremely convenient location. Would stay again. Property manager, Monjur, is a great & helpful guy!

Negative: Some oddities. There is no sign on outside of building. Is located on floors 2-3 of a 4 story building, over a bank. Entrance is on the side, down an alley. They pay for parking but you have to find it your self on the public street. All that said - if you know up front, fine. My first time here was a bit of a surprise. Was stuck in heavy Friday traffic and there was no parking available. A bit stressful. After Friday, it was fine.

Summary: Good stay. Would stay again. Property manager very helpful!

Positive: Neat and Clean Room. Mr. Mansoor (Staff) very helpful and supportive. THANKS Mansoor.

Negative: I was given a room with absolutely no windows opening outside with no outside view but the room was advertised as having great view. Felt like a dark room for two days and had a kind of negative impact on our stay.

Positive: The host was very welcoming, helpful and always available! The location was so close to the fort. Everything was clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. Parking is available nearby as well.

Negative: A shower curtain would help to keep the bathroom floor dry :)

Positive: Its close to the old souq nizwa so its no hustle to move around nizwa its a bit hidden but its worth your money

Negative: Ever,thing was good but improve on the bathroom water when you shower water takes sometime sinking out
