Positive: The hotel is in a good location for exploring the city. The team is very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfy and the room had the basics you need for a short stay.

Negative: The pictures make the hotel look a little more modern and recently decorated than it is. Everything is ok, just a bit scruffy around the edges. The sound of doors slamming and the water pumps could be a bit annoying at night if you are sound sensitive. A good option for the relatively low cost though.

Positive: Great value, close to harbor sites. Suites and executive rooms very nice. Breakfast and lunch in restaurant. New building.

Negative: One manager was difficult to deal with when organizing a meeting room. Otherwise, staff was excellent.

Positive: We stayed in the VIP Deluxe Double Room. The room was very clean, modern, and far exceeded our expectations. The king bed was very large and comfortable, and the room even had a terrace with a small table and set of chairs. The TV and bed were aligned perfectly for comfortable viewing. The bathroom included a toilet with many interesting controls, a shower with nice water pressure, and a bathtub. Even the provided shower gel and shampoo felt and smelled amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. We will absolutely stay here if we travel to Kaohsiung again!

Positive: Great hotel! We stayed in a room with two twin beds, the room is clean and of good size for 2 people. The staff is friendly as well. The hotel is about 5-7 minutes from a MRT station, and there are many good food options in the area.
