Positive: It was close to everything we were looking to do and it was the cheapest.

Negative: Definitely needs some renovations. Old, ceiling looks like it could've had mold in some spots. Rust in the bathroom. Broken thermostat and the air didn't work. Staff seemed a little clueless. I got sent to someone else's room first that people were still in and had to get a different room. Not the worst place I've ever stayed in but I will probably not be back there again.

Positive: Location was good for the area I needed to go to. Parking was near the room. The person who checked me in was pleasant and gave great information.

Negative: The breakfast was horrible! Powdered eggs and undercooked sausage. No peanut butter or jelly available. Lack of variety. Floors were greasy and dirty in the room. The shower had obvious black mold in large quantities. The pool and play area were always dark and forbidding.

Summary: Great for sleeping not much else.
