Summary: The house was great for our family of 8. Everyone had their own room. The pool/hot tub and backyard was amazing the kids had a load of fun. House was very clean had plenty of supplies. We highly recommend.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this large house. There was plenty of seating for the 14 of us. We used the pool and hot tub every day. We wished there were enough informal dishes and also towels for everyone, but overall it was great!

Summary: The property was as described and in good shape. There were 2 surprises, pool & hot tub heating, and a lack of basics. Despite the additional heating payment for every day, neither the pool or hot tub was up to temp for our arrival. Plan on that only between 3pm and 7pm, they shut it down every night and it was never ready in the morning. No matter what reasoning the property manager throws out, that’s how it worked. She didn’t actually answer our specific questions but had plenty of explanation. The usual basics that were non-existent: Kleenex, paper towels, toilet paper, sanitizer, dish washer pods, condiments, spices, oils, and similar. Propane for fire pits and grill: we got one meal off the grill and replaced 2 of 3 empty tanks. Hopefully the place wasn’t stripped again after we left! Plenty of space for our crew of 8 and plenty of pool toys to enjoy once things heated up. Nice neighborhood walks and quiet, far from the Phoenix busyness.

Summary: Clean, well maintained home, great layout for a family gathering. Wish we would have purchased pool heat option. Enjoed our stay. We had a small problem with kitchen freezer, management company had a repair technician within an hour on a Sunday, problem fixed! We could not asked for better service. We would stay again.
